[WTB] Proxy Site

Alright, so I don't want pre-existing proxies, I want a newly made proxy site with promotion and the option of Adsense on the home page. As I'm a relative newbie regarding proxies (I know what they do and all, but not how to set them up) I'd appreciate if it was both setup, and promoted for me. I've heard that proxies can make a lot of money (compared to what you put in), so will take this up as one of my spare ventures.

I've looked at this thread and would like a similar deal (ie free hosting for at least a month, promotion and everything set up for you) at similar prices. The free domain name (.info) would be great too, but not essential as .infos are only $1 at domain.com with a coupon. I would have used the user in the mentioned thread, however he seems to have disappeared from DP and I'd like to start one now so please give me your best offers. Looking for users with previous experience and positive feedback.
