WTB PROXY HOSTING with at least 400gb Bandwidth

    Hi,
    As the title says,
    i'm looking for a proxy hosting. I need 1gb space with 400gb bandwidth per month, my budget is $20 per month. Before I buy I would like to know about the server speed.
    I'm looking for it very fast. Thanks

    I have a completely empty server now with suphp, PHP5, Apache 2 and MySQL 4 with DirectAdmin I can give you can account.

    www.hostingproxy.com is running on it, that's about it.

    AMD Sempron(tm) 2600+
    2 gigs RAM
    200 gig SATA drive
