[WTB] proxy advertising. Newsletter, email ect.

    I want to advertise my proxy(s). I would like a very effective way of doing this, such as sending out emails to people who SIGNED UP to recieve proxies in their inbox, or any other proven way.

    I don't want just 1 time viewers, I would like repeat visits.

    Please post how you can advertise it, how many people (approximately) it would reach, and how much it would cost.
