I think promoting image hosting is good in general forums . Like upload any 5 to 10 cool images and than post thumbnail on forum with nice topic . When they click on thumbnail than visit your site to watch full size image . Most user try hot girl pic posting in different forums to promote free image hosting sites .
If you have hosting allow adult pics, search for high traffic xxx boards and post some photos in image section. You should get a lot of visitors.

Thanks guys, it does allow ADULT and we're looking for people to help upload.post.share on multiple forums, and we do have "backend" tracking, so as long as you document IMAGE URL we will be able to track clicks/views etc.. and compensate. please let me know if anyone has experience in doing this and is interested. Pay = negotiable and we have very large image size limit!
