WTB: Profitable, established websites (science, technology, education)

Looking for websites within the science, technology, and/or education fields.

No budget is currently set, I am interested in getting offers. Please note that I am not going to purchase anything *today*, I am interested in finding good candidates for investment(s).

My minimum requirements are:

- should be at least 12 months old
- must have unique content and design, preferrably an integrated CMS
- no turnkey sites please
- Absolutely no myspace, proxies, arcades etc.
- must have established traffic, and preferrably a forum (vBulletin, IPB)
- should have established revenue of *at least* $250/month
- must not require any special work apart from regular content production of various kinds

If you have a related website that is established, generates income, and has steady traffic, I am very interested.

Basically I hope to be able to take over someone's site, and integrate it into our existing network.

 

I have a PR6 personal blog site making $200+/mo via textlinks and it's under monetized for adsense right now. Would you be interested?

 

Thanks for the suggestion. I should have stated that I am not looking for blogs, however, as they are often personal and thus hard to integrate into a network.
