Turnaround time should not be more than 24 hours, however I take pride in the quality of my work, so if your particular site is something I'm less knowledgeable about I may take an extra few hours (or a day's time frame) to make sure it's going to perform well, as there are a lot of specific things you need to consider when writing for press releases that is very different from any other form of writing.
