[WTB] Preloaded VCC with $100 for ebay seller account

    I want to buy preloaded virtual credit card with at least $100.
    I need it for ebay seller account - for verification and future payments of seller's fees. So, it has to be compatible with ebay seller account.
    I can pay only by PayPal(verified account) or Xoom.
