    I am looking to buy a site. The site either needs to have a PageRank of 6 or a minimum of 300 uniques a day with little or no revenue. Either will do. My budget is not huge. Please PM with your site or domain name, with your asking price. :)

    Are you still looking for a PR6 site ? I have a strong PR6 with a lot of natural links, and the links are growing every month with pretty much zero work. A strong candidate of PR7 pretty soon. BIN on that site is $18k. Revenue from some Text Link Sales is upwards of $500 per month.
