    I am looking to buy low $xxx sites and following are my requirements:

    1. PR4+
    2. Backlinks in Google/Yahoo/MSN
    3. Atleast 6 months old.
    4. No Directories
    5. No Adult, Gambling, Casino, Pharmacy.
    6. No revenue is okay
    7. Low traffic is okay
    8. Unique Content Preferred.

    Other then that, I am pretty much open.

    URL's only via PM, and should include asking price. Do not tell me to send an offer.
