WTB: PR3+ Sites - No revenue, little traffic needed

I am looking to purchase a couple of affordably priced web sites with a PR4 or higher (PR3 if selling really cheap). No revenue is required. Minimal traffic required. However, willing to pay a bit more for some proven, established traffic. Primarily just needed for the PR value.

Highly prefer informational type sites and possibly niche/specific directory type sites. However, other sites will be considered.

Thanks for the offers thusfar. One thing. I want you to give me your asking price. Otherwise, I'll offer you $10 and we can go from there. Obviously, that's a waste of time for us both, so please provide an asking price. Also, I am not looking to pay a whole lot. Thus, I am not looking for revenue producing sites (unless token amount). For my purpose, price and PR are the primary considerations. Traffic is secondary.

I can't count how many of "niche/specific directory type sites" I have. I can consider selling some, coz I am not able to work on them all. Time constraints. Let's talk via AIM/MSN and we can discuss some of them.
