    I’m looking to buy a PR3-4+ directory, with as many of the following criteria as possible:

    Must-have requirement: Not a dropped domain
    Home page PR3+
    Categories pages showing some page rank
    Google index: > 1,000 pages (Google site: command)
    Yahoo inbound links: >10,000 (Yahoo Site Explorer Link command)
    Age: > 1 year
    In DMOZ
    Alexa: < 1,000,000
    Active paid submissions for the past 3 months

    Budget – low to medium hundreds of dollars. Would go into the thousands, depending on how many of the above criteria are present, and at what level they’re present.
