    I paid him $ 8 but he never gave me the domains... and i dont see him active on DP also...

    Any one else giving this kind of service ?

    I think he was not around for 1 month or so. Just bought a domain to him today. Ask him again about your domain , if he didn't reply again maybe you could rate him in itrader. ;)
