    2. The group must be a moderated group.
    3. The group must have more than 2000 members.

    I own a community on orkut. Not computer science related, but its cell phone related.

    It was a moderated group till we went upto 1800. After that we felt it was a pain accepting offers every day so we made it a public forum. We can always change it. There are about 2600 members when I last checked.
