Looking at 100 vote increments.
Tell me your prices.
They must be done with different IP's for some time, but it will eventually let the same IP vote again and again.

 

will proxies allow thesE?

 

Some web-based proxies probably won't work with it.
However, IP Proxies that you setup in the browser settings will do it.
