WTB: Point System Script

Hey everyone.

I'm looking for someone who would be able to make a "point system script".

This script would allow users to have points, gain points, and redeem points.

What it needs :

User Registration
Users get part of a point every minute they are on a page.
Ability to give users points
Ability to monitor users points (keep track of how many points they gained in a day)
Ability to redeem the points.
