    I'm looking for a PHP developer who will put a basic web-app together for me.

    Here's the outline spec.
    Give me your estimate via a private message if you're up for it :)

    Functional Specification:

    A web based application that will test Google analytics on a website by retrieving specified site pages and executing the GA tracking code.

    The user interface will require:
    Target URL (domain or page(s) to be targeted. Facility to enter a list of URLs would be useful (proposed maximum of 200));
    Referrer string (user can define the referer string - or a default should be used);
    List of proxies (user can provide a list of proxies - if none provided none to be used but app. will still run);
    Delay control (allows user to select time to wait between requests. Should include a random feature);
    Number of requests (allows user to specify how many times a page / URL will be retrieved. Sensible default would be limit to 10).

    Targeted URLs along with date & time to be stored to MySQL database. (This isn't essential - but would be nice to have).

    Look forward to hearing what this might cost...

    Can you elaborate on executing the GA tracking code ?

    From what i understand, you are sending requests from custom referrers and proxies just to log sample data in GA ?

    Domainsurfer -
    You are correct - it isn't specifically targeting GA - but this is the purpose of the script. To retrieve web pages via various proxies from custom referrers in order to simulate real site visitors.
