In PHP5 OOP with mySQL, I would like a programmer to work closely with me in producing a suite of tools which work with an API of an online SMS provider. For now I would like to create a polling system and we can progress from there. The script you are quoting me for now works as so: - The admin creates a poll with 'This is a question?' 'This is an answer' 'This is another answer' 'This is yet another answer' etc. They can have as many questions and answers as they want. Each answer is assigned a keyword of the admin's choice. So 'ANSWER1' 'ANSWER2' etc, the admin's choice. - The user texts 'KEYWORD ANSWER1' to vote for the first answer. The SMS website passes the answer to the script which parses this and submits the vote to the poll. A full list of all SMS messages received is kept in a database. - There is then a variety of ways that the admin can integrate the results into their site, using the include() function or GD images to display the poll results, with options to display the current poll or to display a specific poll id. The idea is that the user can get this script, use the admin panel but make it appear that the polling system is hard coded into their site. - The admin panel will allow the user to view previous polls, select which is the 'current' poll (the one to show on their site), view all texts, close polls etc. This is the only bit that needs to look good- all I want is a very simple backend to the script but I'd like it to look aesthetically pleasing, be simple and easy to use. I can provide you with a lot of help in programming and will cover all the texting credits and hosting you need to set this up. The SMS system is for a UK system. I aim to produce a full suite of SMS tools like this which I will market and sell and I will be looking to work with the programmer again on new jobs and on script updates.
