    I need to make a PHP script that pulls content from these Databases in this structor.

    /United State/CA/Roofing Supplies/Biz Name.html
    from This EXcel databases
    /United State/CA/Roofing Supplies.csv


    To where it will display all the businesses names. ETC.
    I also want to feature to add content so I can Tag....

    -If
    Roofing Supplies
    then
    Add-this- " Roofing Supplies are maked......"


    I also want to the feature to promote business in a simple advertiser system that is web based and only works for the Admin.
