    I'm looking for a site with more than 10,000 UV per month and related to PHP, HTML, CSS a similar webmaster/programming topic. Revenue would add to the value but is not the key consideration... I'm looking for REAL traffic. Please provide site details (with traffic specifics!) and your asking price... PM if you prefer.

    I have funds to make a purchase quickly if I find the right site to buy.
