Buying WTB: PHP/MySQL Geolocation Programming [URGENT]

    Hello,

    I have a MySQL Database with around 160 points and I want to query that database and find the nearest location in that database to a users location. I've already got the HTML5 implemented to find the users location on their phone. From the database I need the closest sites ID, City and State with a limit of a 200 mile radius. This is a web based app for smart phones

    I can do this, Also if you have the geolocation's in the database already. I can take these an display a google map to there exact location.
