Paying $300 to unwrap Securom 13MB .exe file and decrypt Firebird database. If you do not have Securom experience, please do not waste my time and yours, as you will not be able to do it. It is hard work which is why I am offer $300 USD. Payment made upon proof of working solution. Email me at riller101@hotmail.com if you have experience.

If you mean that you want someone to decompile an exe file back into source code you have two problems,

    1) Anyone who can do that will charge you more than $300 just to discuss what you want done.

    2) It's very illegal, and if someone gets caught doing it, the $300 would be less than the retainer his attorney would want to start working on his defense.

"Decrypting" a database doesn't make sense - unless the data in it is encrypted. If that's the case, how difficult it will be depends on the method of encryption. (And whether it really is encrypted, not encoded [a totally different process] or hashed [another totally different process].)

If you mean just dumping the database, that's trivial as long as you have access to it. (Dumping the database on someone else's site is a lot more illegal than just decompiling an exe file. And it's a lot easier to get caught doing it.)
