WTB: Paid To Read (PTC/PTR) Traffic Views

    I would like to buy PTC/PTR (Paid to read/click) "real" views as soon as possible (no cheaters). I need a lot of traffic.. bulk 100'000's or if you can provide millions then it would be great. US/International traffic is OK. I want a supplier who is always available to comunicate with and have a PTC/PTR website.

    Advertising fund is ready.. will pay only with Paypal.

    I'm no longer acceting offers at the moment because of a problem with one of those who "promised" to sell me traffic but failed to deliver on-time.
