I've tried those. They don't convert. I bought around 1,000 clicks, got 22 signups. EDIT: Well GAO at least.
(I am on no way affiliated with GAO) GAO has been great for me... Around $0.2 for each signup. Haven't tried apex yet, and I probably wont as long as GAO is working this good.

hmmm... So thats what, about 4500 members for a month. I might look into it a little more, try blag it up to 5000 per month or so... Thanks for the link Jord
