[WTB] Offsore shared or VPS

    Hey all.

    I am in need of OFFSHORE SHARED OR VPS. I will upload nulled vBulletin and will start a warez forum with just warez linking and not warez hosting.
    I need the folowing specs:
    Space: 2 gb
    BW: 10gb
    All other features: 10 each
    cPanel - MUST

    My max. budget:
    Shared: $10/year
    VPS: $20/year

    The company should be reliable, support should be quick and MUST have been in business for over 5 years.
    I prefer NL servers.

    For vps cpanel alone will cost $15 per month .

    Its better you look for shared hosting with your budget.
