[WTB] Offshore Warez Hosting

    Hey,

    I am looking for offshore hosting that are reliable, I do not want hosts running away with my money, the server gets downtime all the time or for any reason. I may host warez files or not, depends what you offer. As long it allows warez linking.

    Requirements
    10-20GB Web Space
    100-500GB Bandwidth
    At least 5 of mySQL/POP3/FTP etc.
    cPanel
    Reseller option will be ideal, but not necessarily

    Budget: $5-15

    Your company must be established more than a year or two, no new companies please.
