WTB: Offshore VPS

    Im looking for a VPS. These are the specs i want.

    Offshore, warez allowed. Private torrent allowed.

    100GB space (50gb minimum)
    1000GB BW
    512 MB Ram Guaranteed
    1GB Ram Burst
    2 IPs
    100Mbit connection
    Semi Managed

    Please post your offers with a test IP and 100mb test file.

    My budget is 20$ a month. Dont tell me its not possible as ive had a VPS before which was not oversold for the same price.

    You should return to the same providers, because nobody can offer this on your budget if they are legit.
    Bandwidth cost between 30/60$ in offshore location for 1TB.
