[WTB] Offshore VPS or Dedicated w/ Cpanel

I am looking for a reliable offshore host for my new VPS or Dedicated server. I require there to be cpanel 11 as well as 768mb of ram in the server.

Please post offers here or send me a PM as to what you have to offer. I'm in no way interested in USA servers so please dont bother to PM me with those.

They are online 0% of the time so i cant get cpanel there.

 

What do you mean they are online 0% ? Do you mean the Live Support ? Well, don't worrie about it, their service is more then exelent!

I think cPanel can be ordered / selected when you go trough the order form?

No it's true about infinitetech I have a site hosted with them and they're getting rid of sites that violate copyright laws which includes my site so I'm shopping for a new offshore VPS server
