WTB: Offshore VPS - Netherlands or China

    I am looking for a reliable offshore VPS either from Netherlands or China with the following specs:

    120GB RAID1 Diskspace
    1TB Quality Bandwidth
    1GB Dedicated RAM
    5GB Burstable RAM
    Quad Core CPU Access
    cPanel/WHM & Fantastico
    Full Management
    Monthly Price: £39.99 or $74.99

    This is the same price as with Eurosrv's but my VPS with them is down since yesterday. I opened a ticket but until now it's not yet answered considering the gravity and impact of this issue!

    did you try the 086cents.com or something similar......they are form china and explicitly say you can host anything excepet porn.
