    I am looking for an offshore host that caters to higher risk clients and can offer at least 10gb webspace and 100gb monthly bandwidth. Paypal payment must be available. Downtime is NOT acceptable.

    Shinjiru has terrible uptime, I've used them before very recently and a year back before that and nothing changed in that regard, site goes down sometimes a few times a day.
