Never go ahead with VT16.. they sucks.. Dont ever take backup of their files and worst support.. Here's what he told when i asked for backup of my files Hello, Me personally did not loose all files! And yes we did have backup with the DC, but the DC did a mistake and formated the entire server without our permission! They did a mistake and formated all of our servers instead of the client server that actually requested it! This is something we had no controll over, and the whole situation falls on the Datacenter! We have now mooved to a new and better Server and are now doing daily, weekly and monthly backups outside the backups the DC does! Our backup services takes backups of our backups, so basicly there is always 3 different backups available that is maximum 24 hours old! Again, if you still wish to leave us then i am sorry to hear this! Like i said, this was not our faulth and we had no controll over it "
