[WTB] OFFSHORE (nl/asia) VPN hosting for <$25 month

    I'm looking for an offshore host that is offering vps for less than $25 monthly.

    Company should not be based in the US and should ignore DMCA requests.

    I won't be hosting warez.

    I would like to get a few gigs of space (5 hopefully), 512 ram, quick connection.

    I will be depending on this server for a while so I need to kow that you're not going to close shop in 2 months.

    Would like to have lxadmin/hypervm.

    Please let me know if you can help.
