If you get reported, you would have to remove the files in question. My previous host's server was located in Amsterdam. He used to be here in DP too. However, he received complaint from DCMA and he had to take the server down due to warez hosting such as nulled scripts and copyrighted videos.

the best I could think of is China but its a bit pricey. Although i asked them about warez and stuff and they told me that i do not have to worry about hosting copyrighted stuff in China. havent tried it yet though because my budget is quite tight. it's 130 USD per month without any control panel yet

I think leaseweb is your best option - Warez Hosting is banned everywhere in the world to my knowledge. Otherwise why cant you just go to a website, and download warez files - its because a DMCA notice would be able to take down those files no matter where its hosted. I could be wrong though...

 

do they (leaseweb) allow warez hosting/ linking on their shared hosting servers too ?

 

but ecatel and we-dare they both allow warez hosting and leasewebs already stated they dont allow warez at all =/

 

is leaseweb part of the evoswitch datacenter?
