WTB niche websites; $800 budget

Before I tell you what kind of sites I am looking for, just want to let you know that I will leave bad rep for anyone that sends me offers that do not meet the requirements bellow.

I am looking for 2 types of websites:
1. Niche sites
These type of website are created around a niche and contain articles. I am interested in any niche.

Here are the requirements:
- the domain name has to be at least 6 months old and it has to be a .com
- the site must contain at least 40 articles
- each article has be at least 500 words long, original, informative and optimized for a keyword or keyword phrase
- the site needs to have at least 300 unique visitors/day
- BONUS: this is not mandatory but I will give special consideration to websites that run on Wordpress, have a decent design and possible some good search engine raknings.

2. Niche User Generated website
Like Forums, Directories, Video Websites. Please send your offer ONLY if your site is a niches site. If you have a general directory,forum etc.. I won't accept that. Your site needs to target a specific market.

Here are the Requirements:
- the domain name has to be at least 1 year old and it has to be a .com
- at least 800 visitors/day
- decent search engine rankings
- easy to maintain/update

When sending the offers, please mention your price and send screen shots with traffic and revenue in the past 3 months.

Because you state in your post that you will give bad rep to those who send you an offer that you don't like.

What if we send you a list of our site and you give us bad rep...

 

I am selling http://www.baseballcoaching.info/ which is new so there is no traffic/revenue to show.

 

As long as you site meets my requirements I won't leave bad rep.

 

Another reason I guess is that you have no iTrader and you're requirements is very high.

My requirments are not high and I think that a site that meets them is worth $800. I do not want to buy a bad quality site with no traffic because then I will have to start from 0. And this is exactly what I do not want.

The whole "I'll leave a bad rep" part turns people off. Nobody wants to do business with someone who starts off with a threat.

Not to mention you don't have a good history of selling around here so nobody knows you.

 

You have pretty high requirements also

 

I will leave bad rep ONLY if your website does not meet my requirments. I don't see why I should look at websites that I do not want to buy! It will just be a waste of my time.

I am positive that if I did not mention that I will leave bad rep, I would be flooded with all kind of crappy offers from people that sell cheap $10-$20 sites, with no original content, scrap sites, proxies etc.

Before I've made this post, I spent a few days browsing the Trade category and really I did not find a quality website. All that people sale is proxies sites, directories, all kind of low quality articles sites with scrape content. Just because they register a domain that doesn't make them websites. They are just cheap scripts.

My iTrader has nothing to do with this. I've never sold/bought anything on DP. I only flip domain names on eBay. But I do want to buy a website that meets my requirments. I already have 3 websites, which I've made from scratch. I find the process of launching a website boring, this is why I am looking to buy an already made website that has a little trafic.

 

I also don't don't understand why you keep saying that my requirments are high. It took me 2 months to make a 60 articles website that gets 300 visitors/day.

 

To be honest, $800 is peanuts.

lets take a look the pricing.

to get 300/ day we can guesstimate that you have reasonable rankings in serps (otherwise that would be impossible)... or that you own a brand new niche.

either way the site is worth at least $1000 right there.
add in 50 quality on-topic 500 word articles puts this at $1500

site is a .com, and a good on topic domain name (this could cost lots)

So basically you are not offering enough money to get a decent site.... And if I did have a site like that
I would sell it to the highest bidder for a lot more money. But more realistically I would keep the site, and start making $5 a day off it using adsense and doing nothing. 5x30 = $150 a month, and at 10x12 earnings it comes out to more than 1800 for a site like that.

Itrader matters a lot around here since its an indication of services bought/sold and at least some people being happy.

I do have a website that gets 300 visitors/day but IT DOES NOT HAVE good rankings. I just have articles optimized for long tale keywords and this is where the most traffic is coming from. I consider good rankings when a site gets listed in top 10 SERP for a main keyword or keyword phrase (not long tail)

I did not mention that the domain has to be good on topic domain name. I just need .com

A site that gets 300 visitors/day does not even come close to making $150/month with Adsense. This depends on so many factors.

I never bought anything on DP. That does not mean I can't or am not willing to buy. Have to start somewhere

Anyways, if you don't have an offer for me please do not post. These kind of discussions can take forever.
