There are 85 niches in content and more ever it was combined by ebay product selling for usa uk australia canada , it has got amazone , adsense ofcourse ,auction ads etc. it also fits your budget (his was 500-750).

regarding traffice snce the site has been made multilingual 11 (multilingual sites are indexed fast by google)languages,keyword etc. one site will generate 10$pm/site on a autopilot mode.(a realistic approach .likely to increase as it is multi stream revenue generation,multilingual site,)
cost of hosting will be very low no higher bandwidth required.so all your revenue does not increase the cost of operation.
