WTB: New look & Advice

    I have a very basic 'search engine' type site and I want to pay someone to design a clean new look for it.

    I also want advice on how to use the 30,000 uniques it gets (per month) to earn more than $20 a month. Thats what it currently earns with Adsense and I know it could earn more if optimized better.

    Any takers that could do both for me? The site is in my siggy.
