How many IP addresses do you want? We sell them at $1.50 per IP. As for your requirements, we could do you a custom plan for $5/month, but we charge an additional $2/month for shell access due to the security risks involved. It's very easy to upgrade your package. We'd just have to create a new invoice for you when you wanted to upgrade.
