[WTB] Need png logo converted to vector

I have a logo in png format that I need someone to:

    1) Redraw as a vector drawing. Should look exactly the same, other than the smoother lines, etc, that a vector drawing would yield.
    a) Must be a hand redraw, as automated tools would just reproduce the jagged lines.
    b) Must look as close as possible to the original. Same font ( Ariel Black), colors, etc.

    2) Export the vector drawing back into a 342x60 png with a transparent background.

    3) Send me back both the vector format ( eps or adobe illustrator ) and the png from step #2.

Please don't bid on this if you aren't experienced with adobe illustrator or another vector drawing tool.

The png file I need converted is here:

Also loaded as a paint.net pdn format file if that's easier to start with:

Reply with your bid to do the work.

And, if you are an experienced *vector* logo designer, I may have more work for you.

Anything that only cost $5 belongs in the freebie section. Take your low prices elsewhere.

This is stated in the official rules of DP, read them.

xDemevenx: Wow. That was fast. Checking out your portfolio now...I'll PM you tonight.

GhostRider103: Are you bidding on this? If you are, that's cool. But, if you are just here to berate the competition please do that outside of my thread.

Yes, I am not GhostRider103, but I have to say that even "your thread" has to respect the DP Rules.

If you read the rules, the context seems pretty clear...it's saying don't post a sub $5 "WTS" offering.

Replying to a WTB with a great intro price, ostensibly with the intent to get a long term customer, that's going to pay more than the $5, is a different animal.

Also, if you have an issue with the post, there's a way to report it without dirtying up the thread.

    To Ghostrider and Genial:

I sincerely apologize if you feel I have broken the rules, and I fully understand your points of view. I will watch my posts more clearly from now on as to not create any further upset.

My reasoning for my post was that he was asking for a quote, and he asked for a reply with our bids. I felt that there was no logical action in creating a separate thread in the freebies section to apply for this job, and I also felt that when he asked for bids to be in reply form, a PM would be inappropriate. The other side to my logic was that any price over a couple of dollars for a two minute job would sound overpriced, and I did not mean to undercut any of my fellow designers here at DP.

I did not mean to break the rules or offend anyone with my post, and I hope you accept my apologies.

    Best regards,
    xDemevenx

After reading your post, xDemevenx, I feel like I am the one that is supposed to be wrong by supporting Ghostrider's idea.. There is no minimal price set in the forum rules, so, I guess that you can even do it for free.. I mean he asked for a quote, he didn't say "I want it for $5"

    Again, my apologizes.
