Go to fiverr.com and there is a service where for $5 a guy will install and configure all SEO plugins for your WP blog. Cheap and easy. Do a search for it there. btw, I strongly recommend you the new Wordpress SEO plugin SEOpressor, its not free, but its an absolute must have. There is a link in my sig. I don't know what your budget is, though.

Not all plugins are free. But you can get some great free SEO plugins just by searching on the web, or taking the suggested ones here... But just be careful not to rely too much on those trusty plugins. There's no replacement for solid link building and content publishing
I'm not the owner of the plugin, but sure, I can upload it for you, however this isn't a "miracle pill", which means you will have to do some editing on your posts to make them SEO optimized. SEOpressor will do some of them for you, and for the rest it will give you the list of suggestions. You supply a keyword for each post/page that you want to optimize for. And then the plugin goes to work. What it will do automaticly: - add your keyword to title in the format : "Your Old Title Without Keyword | Your Keyword" - add alt tag to images in the same way. - add text decorations, once per keyword instance ( bolt, italic, underlined ) Then it will give you a score and a list of suggestions, like what H-Tags you're missing, increase or decrease your keyword density, anchored links, etc... a whole bunch of suggestions, based on how underoptimized your post is. Unfortunatley you'll be the person who has to fix keyword density, no plugin can rewrite the post for you. So basically the plugin looks at each of your post with the search engine-like algorithm and evaluates your on-page optimization, and tells you exactly what you need to fix. Its an incredible time-saver and as a result you can produce SEO-optimzied posts every time and not be left guessing. If you have 1000 old posts there, I can't do it for you unfortunately, but you can hire a virtual assistant, and explain them what to do, if you don't want to do it yourself. Just tell them that the tool will produce the list of fixes that need to be done for each post, and they must fix it to get the post score at least above 70. It isn't that hard to do. Its those little pesky SEO details that people don't usualy pay attention to, that need to be added/fixed.
