I need to advertise my Wordpress themes site on a high-traffic webmaster related site / blog / forum. Must have at least 50 unique visitors daily. 468x60 or 728x90 banners somewhere on the top of your site would be ideal. However, my budget is really low, so I can't afford to pay too much.
