I have funds and third party investors in a line waiting to invest.

So I am now back in the market for real pr domains and sites.

If the site has an income stream, please provide details in your pm.
Before anyone asks what the multiple is, for me that really is dependent on the niche.

So please just pm me, but I will ignore fishers.

I am actively looking for pr5+ sites and domains. No porn and pills. Everything else is fine.
No Directories.
I am looking for content sites.
I really like wordpress blogs.

I will not purchase sites/domains that are dropped/expired...
I will not purchase if the site has no backlinks or poor quality backlinks...
I will not purchase if the site has a pr that is not matched by its backlinks.
