WTB Modest income earning site for a friend

    I am looking to buy a site for a friend of mine, The requirements are:

    1. Established for at least 6 months.
    2. Earning around 5-10 dollars a day for at least 4 months steady
    3. Organic traffic (no paid ad's)
    4. Easy to maintain.

    This will be my friends first website and I am buying as a birthday present so I want it to be a good one. Let me hear what you have, I am ready to pay cash today if I see one I like.

    I have a site earning only about $2 per day, but it gets 400 organic visits per day and has 100 origional pages of handwritten content...PM if you want more info.
