you should look to getting a VPS or a dedicated server because most master reseller scripts have security holes in them and the providers generally stay for short term profit, after that they just leave the industry without warning - only a few still remain and depending on your budget, getting a free billing software won't be easy - unless you want to spend $30-$40/mo you won't get anything bigger than clientexec which isn't bad. but I'd still recommend a vps for extra security good luck
