**[WTB]** Make Graphic Larger and Remove Background $20

    Hi everyone,

    Im back at it again.

    What I need: I have a header background image that I need made larger and I need the back ground removed from a logo.

    PAYOUT: $10 Extra $10 if done today.

    I also have a link to the CSS Style sheet if needed. My goal is to make the "blue space"
    170px in height, so I can fit the logo in. The logo size can be changed to make fit, but I prefer larger than smaller.

    I can make it larger but it will loose more quality.
    I can make the whole thing vector for an additional fee and make an exact duplicate that's resizeable without getting any of that pixelated stuff.

    I think he choose someone without saying as I checked his image URL on his homepage and it's a transparent image on the front page right now. I don't know if it was that way before or not.
