WTB Low revenue sites - Adsense Only

This is to let you all know that I am willing to buy sites with very very low adsense revenue. It can be just a dollar for 10 days. Or maybe even lower. But Please note that the site should be good and have a niche to grow.

As usual, am not interested in the following things,
- Porn
- Warez
- Directories
- Myspace sites
- Arcade sites
- Adult Pharmacy sites -Viagra, Phentermine et al- (Health Info sites are OK)
- Sites with Copyrighted content (Images, Articles et al )

Why would I want to sell the site?
A very good excuse can be lack of time to maintain or promote the site.

What's the Budget
Don't ask me the budget, just go ahead with the URL and offers.

Would you accept sites with domains about to expire
No, Domains should have a minimum of 60 days left for expiring

What's the Payment Mode ?
PayPal, Bank Wire or anything else that suits both you and me (No Egold or Moneybookers please)

Very Nice. Got 4 PMs Some very good offers, some not so good. Was expecting more.

A very Quick update, I added Directories, to the list of non-acceptable sites. I am not the kind of a directory guy.
