    I have a $3,000 budget for one new website.

    Looking mainly for travel, but open to almost anything.

    Affiliate marketing sites a PLUS!!

    Majority of traffic must be from search engine. If not, then it must use all PPC.

    I am not interested in sites that use "secret techniques" for traffic.

    Site must make at least $400 profit per month.

    No warez, proxies, directories.

    .com, .net., .org., .biz extenstions only.

    No .info, .mobi or other country domain extentions please.

    Site must be at least 4 months old. Must be able to show proof of revenue via screenshots.

    Not interested in sites where you sold links as a main source of revenue.
