    1 . I pay when job is done
    2 . Moneybookers is the payment gateway i use (if you have a great service but don't accept MB we can find a solution)

    I'm looking for any Permanent One Way links (NO Directorys )
    Looking for good report between quality/quantity/price

    What kind of report you ofer ?
    What timeframe ?

    If it helps the niche is : Entertainment

    Ok somebody ascked me about budget i can't say a exact budget depends on what you ofer etc
