    Use some common sense, if we are asking him how much he is willing to spend, then we are interested in selling.

    And a budget is very important in deciding what to post, id he has a budget of $50 then I won't bother. Whereas if he posts a much higher figure I will show him some premium domains.

    You say why bother..

    But if you just sent your offer from the start you would have saved yourself time.. Use your common sense..

    And a budget is important yes. But so is negociation, some lowballers can actually pay decent prices if you press the right buttons. So maybe you should rethink being selective with who you want to send your offers to.
