[WTB] Linux VPS in NL/FR

    Hi,
    I need Linux VPS with these things:
    - at least 20-50GB HD
    - at least 512MB Ram
    - at least 500GB BW (at 100MB line for start)
    - I prefer that the VPS be from France(FR) or Neterlands(NL).
    - before I buy I want to check speed to my country (Israel).
    - I want to start File Hosting Site. (So I want the VPS for long time)

    Please suggest your offers.

    altushost.com <- had them for around 2 wks, no downtime at all. They have their vps in luxembourg, and they say they ignore DMCA requests.

    Also learning from my previous host, DO Not go with Santrex (if you were planning on to), i had a 2 week downtime with them.
