I am looking for a person/company who can do link building for me on a long term basis for multiple websites. I am buying link building services for a buch of sites and my budget is $500 - $700 per month. I need around 100 - 150 links per month across various sites. Please give me a quotation for reciprocal link building using the following quality parameters: 1. All the links should be from relevant quality websites, not MFA (made for adsense) or junk sites. 2. Links should not be from Directories or Article sites or Blogs, Forums etc. 3. Links must be permanent, reciprocal and static. 4. Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink and links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website and not just the home page. Wherever possible the link should be followed by a short relevant description. 5. There should be no more than 25-30 outbound links on each web page where link is placed. 6. Links must be deployed over a sufficient period to avoid any search engine penalties. 7. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics should ever be used. 8. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. there should be no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. 9. Link pages must be cached by Google within the last 30 days and not from a site penalized or banned by Google or that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. 10. No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms. You should not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs from bad neighbourhoods (adult or other offensive websites). 11. There should be one link per domain, all from different c-classes/different IP's. 12. All links should be from PR4+ sites (home page should be PR4+). 13. Links will be approved by me before placement on my site. 14. You will give me the details of the links to be placed and I will place it on my link pages within 24 hours of approval. 15. You will be given an email address from the domain name to send out link exchange requests. 16. Link exchange requests will be personalizerd and sent out manually, one at a time and not by some software mass mailing. 17. No links from automatic link exchange forms (I can do this myself and dont need to pay you to do it). 18. No links form link exchange sites like linkmarket, gotlinks etc. Please PM me with sample url's for which you have done link building before.
