Hey, Im looking for sites with high traffic (non-adult, non-proxy) which also pull in a nice amount of revenue.

My budget is upto mid $xx,xxx.

Please let me know if you have any good large established sites. thanks

If you care about your users, DO NOT sell to Avis03.

He bought another website and has trashed the reputation of it.

Avis03 apparently has money, but please try to avoid him at all costs.

    Do you buy directories?

What is your max offer for a PR4 directory?

Have sites getting 300 users to 1500 user per day.

    Thanks

Just take a look at user responses:

I can't stop anyone from dealing with him. I would hope that web owners would care about their users, but if not, more power to them.

Once a site leaves an owner's hands, then how the new owner runs it is up to them. Sure, we would like to see things kept the same, but as long as the transaction is safely concluded, then that is all that matters.

Previous owner can not do anything once they are sold, it is up to the new owner how they run the site and many webmasters will accept this offer considering the budget :D

Yeah , unfortunately business is business. If you sell something , it's no longer yours to manage. It doesn't matter who you sell it to.

I would say the same, a site is a site and when you sell it, so long as a smooth transaction is carried out I couldnt care less. However, if I were to sell a forum I might think differently.
